In Germany, it is generally customary to state your name when you
answer the phone. In accordance with corporate identity trends,
the customary way to answer a phone at a German company is to state
the name of the company, the name of the person answering the phone,
and a greeting.

For example: "Baugesellschaft Luftschloss, Müller, Guten
Tag" ("Luftschloss Construction, Müller, Good Day").
