What to do about stress situations in a job interview?
Who hasn' t had this experience in a job interview: The HR manager asks a simple question and you start to sweat and to move forth and back on your chair. To counteract such an unpleasant situation, please find are some tips below:
- Be prepared: The interviewer wants to find out how you, the applicant, reacts in stress situation. Are you quick-witted? Are you self-confident? How do you argue, respond?
- Be quick-witted: On Internet you will find many interview questions. So if you are not a quick-witted person, prepare the answers and make them sound quick-witted.
